Last weekend, on December 10th, our colleagues Milica Mančić and Delija Topalović had the opportunity to talk about the role of HR development specialists in the organization with master's students at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. At this online event, we learned what this role entails, but also how the development needs of a company are examined. We also learned what organizational development is and how to monitor its effects. We thank everyone for active participation and good time!

We are always honored to cooperate with student organizations and help the development of young people who are our future, and one of them is Eestec LC Belgrade whose project "Stress is not the limit" in which we had the opportunity to participate on November 6th. We talked with the students of the University of Belgrade about dealing with stress and negative emotions, which can certainly be a significant part of a student's life. We got to know and listen to each other, exchanged experiences and learned something about techniques that can help us in unpleasant situations. Thank you all for your participation and good atmosphere!

It was our pleasure that we had the opportunity to be a guest at another conference organized by the association Psychopraxum, and this time the topic was "Self-leadership." Our colleague Delija Topalović held a workshop with the students in which, among other things, they talked about raising responsibility for personal success and satisfaction. Great interaction among young, enthusiastic people, ready to improve and develop has contributed to the atmosphere witnessed by the photos and we thank everyone for that, as well as for the invitation and always great cooperation with the association Psychopraxum.

Our consultant and director Marija Pavić participated in this year's conference "HR Education and Development" held on May 5th, organized by the association Psihopraxum. At the workshop, she talked to the students about the importance of employee development, as well as the role that the HR specialist in charge of development has in that process. They discussed ways to implement the planning and organizing process, as well as monitoring the effects after the training. It is always a pleasure for us to be a part of this kind of event and to provide support and help young people in their professional development and improvement whenever we have the opportunity. We made a record of the great atmosphere in the photos, for which we thank all the participants.

One of the many workshops with students that we had this year was on the topic of presentation skills. On April 27th, we had the opportunity to support the organization Center for Career Development and their program "Kadar da budem kadar", which aims to help students better position themselves in the labor market. Our colleague Milica Mančić held a virtual training with about thirty students on the topic of "Presentation skills", whose areas are related to preparing and holding a presentation, with a very important segment dedicated to techniques for reducing anxiety. It is a great pleasure for us to participate in the development of the skills of future employees and managers, because developing successful people is our goal.

For years, we have been very happy to hang out with students of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, and this time they had the opportunity to learn more about topics related to coaching and mentoring on April 13th. Our director Marija Pavić spoke about her experience, about the roles of coaches and trainers, about the similarities and differences between them, as well as the ways of practicing these roles. Every opportunity that is given to us to support students in their desire to progress and develop is precious, and we would like to thank all students for their participation and cooperation!

At the beginning of 2021, we had the opportunity to gain a wonderful experience, this time with students. We had a good time, but also learned a lot. As part of the award for the winning teams at Business Case, as part of the project Case Study Show 2021, on March 31st students were given the chance to feel and learn through the EDUardo Leadership business simulation what it is like to be CEO of a company, how to take care of their employees, how to take into account the achievement of goals and many other aspects of business. We thank everyone for their participation and to ESTIEM LG Belgrade organization for the invitation and great cooperation!

In mid-January, our colleagues Delija Topalović and Goran Kovačević held a free and interactive workshop on Reaction Management for Singidunum University students. During this workshop, students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the basic ABC model for managing reactions derived from REBT psychotherapy, as well as to learn, but also to try some of the many techniques that can be helpful in case of stress and crisis situations. We would like to thank all the students for their active participation, and we look forward to new exchanges of knowledge and experiences!

In order to include interested clients and colleagues from abroad in our unique business simulation, on September 15, we organized the third online competition in business simulation in the field of leadership. What was different this time was that the whole event was held in English. We have enabled all our clients and followers who are not speaking our language to also try out this simulation. We are glad to have met HRs and managers from different parts of the world and thank you for sharing your experiences and business cultures with us.

Due to the great interest, we organized a second online competition in business simulation EDUardo, in the field of leadership. Participants were divided into smaller teams and had the opportunity to run a virtual company and compete with each other. They also got a chance to get better acquainted with the application of leadership skills such as: delegation, motivation, development, feedback and monitoring, and at the end of the competition all participants exchanged experiences and received feedback from the audience and our coaches who monitored and assisted throughout the whole process. We thank all the competitors for their cooperation as well as the audience for their observations.

On July 22, we had the opportunity to bring together managers and HRs of different companies in one place. For the first time, we organized an online business simulation competition that focuses on leadership skills through running a virtual company. Participants had the opportunity to measure their strengths with their colleagues through making various decisions and through real examples and challenges, and successfully complete the project. A big thenk you to everyone who attended and enriched the atmosphere of our online event.

We organized this webinar in the spirit of adapting to the situation, due to the impossibility of a live meetup, we decided to continue our series "Bonding with leadership" as an online edition. For the third topic, according to the recent events around us we chose - working from home in a highly stressful situation. Once again, we hung out with our consultants Milica Paskulov and Bojana Krstić Marković over coffee, but through the camera. We talked about very important topics: organizing work from home, the measure between routine and flexibility, what now replaces chatting in the hallway, who is responsible to organize our work from home and others. We would like to thank all participants for honesty and exchanged opinions especially in relation to the current working conditions.

At the end of February, we organized a thematic gathering where we dealt with the topics of self-management, employee management and team management. Participants had the opportunity to learn the importance and benefits of applying an adequate leadership style, as well as to exchange their experiences in this area. Finally, they also received a list of articles and texts that deal with this topic for further work on their skills in this area.

The second meet up in a series of conversations "Bonding with leadership" was on the topic of employee motivation. We dealt with issues such as: Who is responsible for employee motivation? How to achieve optimal motivation? How long will employees wait to be motivated by managers? Participants had the opportunity to talk over coffee and exchange experiences, challenges and solutions with our consultants Milica Paskulov and Bojana Krstić Marković.

On December 16th, we organized the first meet up, where participants had the opportunity to hear useful things about communicating in a business environment from our consultants Milica Paskulov and Bojana Krstić Marković, with their first morning coffee in a casual atmosphere. This was the first meetup in a series of conversations called "Bonding with leadership" with the aim of sharing situations from practice and socializing. Thank you all for participating and exchanging opinions!

On December 10th, we organized a presentation of SimTeam, one of our unique online business simulations. Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with real business situations through the game, as well as to cooperate in smaller teams and make different types of decisions.
We want to thank everyone who was there and who contributed to the atmosphere and creative solutions.

On May 31, 2019, H.art Development Center organized a Masterclass for top and HR managers in Belgrade on how to build and implement optimal motivation for employees in companies, in english language.
The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the motivation and self-motivation of employees by Susan Fowler, one of the leading experts on these topics from the USA, the author of optimal motivation model and the co-author of the self-leadership model. Through story telling, case studies and examples from life along with different tasks and workshops, she presented the best practice on motivation to the participants.

The project "Knowledge Against Marfi" was organized by the FON Career Development Center on May 12th 2019, at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Its goal is to make the topic of public appearances, overcoming stage fright and similar skills that students will need in future career.
This year's project consisted of two parts - interactive workshops and panel discussion on the topic "Public appearance - how to beat Marfi", which was attended by Bojana Krstić Marković, Consultant and Trainer in H.art Development Center. Along with other participants, she provided students with guidelines for dealing with fear of public appearance and overcoming it. Besides that, she had the opportunity to point out the problems and unforeseen situations that can occur during the public appearance, as well as how students should behave in such circumstances.

This year we participated in the fourth "STEP 2019" Internship and Employment Fair, which was held on April 11, 2019, at the Singidunum University. The motto of this year's event was "Get ready for the STEP to work".
During the fair, a large number of successful companies from different industries presented their currently open positions and received work biographies of interested students. We also had the opportunity to meet many young and prospective people and to introduce them with our internship programs in accounting and human resources.

Student organization ESTIEM LG Belgrade, headquartered at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, organized the project Academy of Modern Management for the 9th time in a row. This year’s event was held from 22nd to 24th March of 2019, in Belgrade.
By participating in interactive workshops, students had the opportunity to gain specific knowledge and skills, and to realize their practical use through reviewing and analysing innovations, tendencies and trends in the business world.
One of these workshops was held by the consultants from the H.art Development Center Marija Pavić and Jelena Jeremić, and the topic they discussed was "Making Decisions". With their assistance, students were able to learn how to develop the ability to assess the complexity of the problem and become aware of common mistakes during the decision-making process.

On March 16th 2019, H.art Development Center once again had the opportunity to be a part of the Global Leadership Summit, that was held in Belgrade. Our agency was presented as an official partner of this event.
The topic of this year's Summit was "Everyone Has an Impact", and our Director, HR Consultant, Trainer and Coach Marija Pavić participated in the panel discussion where she talked about importance of our own development, different ways we can achieve that and what are potential obstacles in this process.

The new accredited Blanchard program "Self Leadership" was launched  on  February 26th in the presence of clients from many companies. They were informed  about the details and significance of this training program by our trainer Jelena Jeremić.
Our Self Leadership training program teaches individuals the mindset and skillset they need to grow into empowered, proactive self leaders who take control of their own success and commit to getting results for organization.

The first international ICT fair in Serbia - "SEE-IT Summit" was held from 7 to 9 November, 2018, in Novi Sad and it’s goal was to present our region to international exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, investors and experts.
During all three days of the summit visitors had the opportunity to drop off their CVs and to participate in a unique ICT employment fair, where H.art Development Center, as HR partner for recruitment and selection, mediated between them and companies that are searching for new employees.
Our agency has also sponsored the Start up Pavilion, and Director Marija Pavić participated in the panel discussion on Gender Equality in ICT.

The H.art Development Center had the opportunity to participates in the „Space4Women“ conference held on December 14th 2018, in Novi Sad.

Hopefully, we have contributed to the empowerment of women in their desire to start their own business.

On 17th November 2018 H.art Development Center participated in the Global Leadership Summit held in Novi Sad. Besides the video presentations of world leaders, the summit also hosted domestic leaders.
Our Director, HR Consultant and Coach Marija Pavić had the opportunity to talk about the development of people, teams and companies - about what promotes personal and organizational progress, and what hinders it.

In October we launched the new Blanchard program "Optimal Motivation", a model that has become one of the most current trends in the world for motivating employees.
This time we had the opportunity to host Spiros Palionelis, a master trainer from the Blanchard Greece branch, who talked about key tools for achieving fast and lasting effects.

The aim of this Leadership Conference was to gather managers and HR companies and enable them to share good practice when it comes to managing and developing executives.

Participants of the conference had the opportunity to get various useful techniques, hear the experiences of their successful colleagues, get acquainted with the latest world trends when it comes to management.

On January 25th 2018 H.art Development Center had the opportunity to participate once again in job interviews simulations with the users of the Center Strong Youth.

Namely, this is a project that deals with social inclusion and economic empowerment of young people who grew up in the home shelter, foster families and/or socially vulnerable families. Through the project, users of the Center went through training in gaining skills in process of employment, some of them in the meantime re-qualified, gained additional qualifications, and this encounter was a way to present themselves to employers and to practice the interview process.

On the 12th of April 2018. H.art Development Center has participated in the third "STEP 2018" Internship and Employment Fair at the Singidunum University. This year, our goal was to continue to encourage young people in their further development through the acquisition of work experience and knowledge. It was our pleasure to meet many young and prospective people and to give them a first step towards the world of  labor. At the fair, a large number of successful companies from various economic activities presented their current competitions and received work biographies of interested students. The visitors of the fair had the opportunity to inform themselves about the work of the company and talk directly with experts from different fields, thus expanding the aspects of the possibilities of building their own career path.

PMI (Project Management Institute) is the leading Serbian non-for-profit membership association for the project management profession in Serbia and the region. The chapter aims to develop and promote global standards in project management in Serbia as well as in region. H.art development center took place at the PSC 2018 (Project Society Conference).

Everything was in the sign of celebration of 15 years of existence and active work of PMI Chapter in Serbia, and this year's slogan was "Leadership challenge - accepted!". H.art development center presented a lecture on "Shared Leadership – Efficient Management of Project Team" as well as a workshop on "SLII"

H.art Development Center had the opportunity to participate in the "Career for 5" event on the 27th of December 2017 within the national project "The future for 5".

In this way, students and graduates have had the opportunity to get acquainted with different employers, companies and the world of work through interactive lectures, workshops and case study exercises. On that occasion, H.art presented his talent.art program to young people.

H.art development center took part on March 24th, 2017 at the Second Fair of Practice and Employment STEP 2017 at the Singidunum University. This event was organized by the Career Development Center with the support of the Student Parliament of Singidunum University. More than 800 students and graduates visited the booths of over 40 reputable companies, companies and institutions in the field of human resources, information technologies, financial sector, tourism, hotel management, auditing, marketing and other fields. The participants were able to hear lectures on the topic "Me and the labor market - how to recognize", "Real work for themselves" and "How to become the right candidate for the desired job?"

Blanchard International Serbia, in cooperation with the H.art Development Center, launched a new training titled "Building Trust".

On Friday, April 21st, 2017, a presentation of the training was held and presented to the participants, among them HR managers and directors of numerous companies.
The guests participated in the discussion on the key elements for creating relationship of trust and the factors that distrubs it, and also heard the results of the research carried out in Serbia and the world.

At the invitation of the representatives of student organization ESTIEM LG Belgrade, we held an open training for students and young people who are initiators of changes in society, on Friday, December 9th 2016, at the conference "Academy of modern management". We are very proud to be part of this conference and have given participants the opportunity to learn the key skills of Coaching.

Exploring the needs of the market, Blanchard International Serbia has launched a new program called "First time manager". In order to get acquainted with the new program, on Friday, November 18th, 2016, a short presentation of the training was held. This would significantly help managers in the first steps of the business. How was on the presentation of the program, you can see on the following photos.

In October, the H.art agency celebrated 10 years of successful business. We celebrated in a pleasant environment with dear friends of ours with whom we have been cooperating in the past years. How was the celebration going, you can see on the pictures.

In August 2016, H.art team has organized a presentation of SimTeam online simulation business for their friends. The aim of the workshop was to familiarize with the training and asessment tool that is easy to use and is unique on our market. The participants had the opportunity to test the leadership of virtual companies in smaller teams, where everyone got their role in the team and tried to solve the problem. Simulation puts participants in difficult predictable situations, and those who are best suited get valuable prizes.

22.- 24.2016. The First Congress for Psychotherapy, Counseling and Coaching of Serbia in Belgrade was held on the topic "Personality and Life Skills Development through Psychotherapy, Counseling and Coaching". Many psychotherapists, counselors, coaches, educators and students attended this event. Many experts from these areas presented their work at the congress and talked about different topics. On that occasion, Marija Pavić, director and HR consultant of the H.art Development Center, presented the topic - "Coaching with an individual, group or team?" and held a workshop "Development: Ask or give up".

On March 4th, 2016, H.art Development Center took part in the "STEP 2016" Internship and Employment Fair. At the fair, a large number of successful companies from different fields presented their current vacancies and received work biographies of interested students. In addition to the opportunity to talk directly with experts from different fields, the visitors of the fair could also hear the lecture by Coca-Cola HBC "What can you learn for one year work in the company?", as well as panel discussion "What employers expect from the job candidate" .

On October 30th, the consultants of the H.art agency attended the conference on the topic of recruitment and selection at the Belgrade Business Center of NIS. The conference was attended by a large number of HR managers from all over Serbia with the aim of exchanging experiences and examples of good practice. In addition to lectures and interactive presentations, a panel discussion on the topics "Assessment in the selection process - new trends", "Recruitment through social media" and "Employer branding" were held.

H.art Development Center, as a long-term partner of the Global HR Trends Summit, was again a partner and shared it’s experience with leading human resources leaders. In addition to extremely interesting and useful lectures, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with Ken Blanchard programs during the breaks, and to win valuable prizes in the game we organized.

In April this year, the H.art Development Center participated in the Internship Fair, organized by the Federation of Students of FON. We made every effort to provide students with as much information as possible and to bring them closer to human resources. At the fair, we presented our program of internship that is designed to cover all aspects of our business, with the aim of better preparation of students, who are interested in the field of HR, as well as what is waiting for them after the faculty.

On July 9, H.art held a workshop for interns and volunteers on the topic "Job interview" in cooperation with City Market.

As the part of event "Soft Skills Academy - Improve Your Skills!", H.art agency has held a successful lecture on the topic "Delegating and developing". The aim of this seminar was to enable students of all faculties in Belgrade to improve their skills through a series of trainings that will help them build a successful career.

The mission of H.art is to develop people and raise their competences to a higher level, as well as to improve the processes in the company. H.art does not forget the development of all members of his team. Thus, on July 1st, successful training of presentation skills was held for our trainees. The training took place in a creative and working atmosphere.

H.art agency has held workshops on the topic of "Meeting Management" and "Personal Efficiency" at the event "Career and me" at the Faculty of Security. Workshops were highly rated by students and helped them to improve their skills in these areas. In addition to the theoretical part, both workshops included practical examples, as well as exercises that helped them to put down acquired knowledge in practice, as well as tasks for further work on this topic and individual development of the acquired knowledge.

H.art Agency has, as an official partner of the International Business Forum, held a lecture on the topic "Conducting meetings". The conference has made a significant impact on the participants of the forum by greatly enhancing the level of their motivation, knowledge and skills in the areas of entrepreneurship, self-employment, work ethics and innovative business models. A number of useful topics are covered in the field of business psychology, human resource management, innovative entrepreneurship, IT entrepreneurship, non-financial support to entrepreneurs, management and marketing. In addition, the participants had the opportunity to hear personal stories of successful entrepreneurs and business people about their careers, rises and falls, and their recommendations and advice. The topics were selected in accordance with the current needs of the participants as well as in line with modern trends in business.

This year, H.art also supported Job Fair13, the fifth year in a row. We made every effort, as always, to meet students and help them prepare in the best way possible for what is ahead of the faculty. Training The job interview, which our company held, was intended to help participants prepare their conversations with a prospective employer.

Now already traditionally, in July, we organized the gathering of HRs from different companies. In addition to the standard desire to share knowledge, experience and good mood with colleagues this time, we also had an additional reason for celebration. Namely, the entire event was thematically colored by the certification of our agency by the Blanchard Leadership Training Group SLII. We had the honor to enable our guests to attend a presentation on SLII, held by the certified master trainer of Ken Blanchard group - Spiros Paolinelis.
