In cooperation with the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce we organized a one-day seminar "COMMUNICATION - BASIC RESOURCE IN PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY." Participants were given the opportunity to find out what is successful communication, how they evaluate themselves in this field and what is needed to be improved in order to be even more successful, and thus to progress both on the business and the private plan. What is a key element of this training is that the topic has not been processed only theoretically, but the participants have practically practiced all the techniques of communication that have been communicated and thus made a direct connection the content of training with real-life situations at work.

Soft Skills Academy is a great opportunity for young people to get the necessary knowledge and skills that will benefit them no matter what they do. At the time when the faculty is finished, there is not enough reference in the CV, but it is necessary for candidates to stand out for other qualities, giving students the opportunity to make a free step towards their personal and professional development. Such seminars open doors to students in the real business world that awaits them and give them the opportunity to perfect themselves, in order to be able to hire themselves better and be successful and satisfied at their workplace tomorrow. H.art recognized the quality of this seminar and was pleased to support them this year as well.

In February, we continued successful cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade. We organized a one-day seminar on the topic "DELEGATION - CONDITION FOR SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS AND QUALITY THEM WORK". We are pleased that a large number of participants have recognized the importance of adequate delegation, which is a key requirement for efficient and effective teamwork. The main message from the seminar is to just set the tasks to lead employees to be maximally productive and satisfied. In this way, not only do they grow, but we grow with them as managers because by giving them tasks that they at one moment begin to perform independently, we create space for other obligations and reduce the level of stress.

We had the pleasure to be participants at the Adult Education Festival, as representatives of the HR Agency, whose main direction is the development of people and companies. In this way, we wanted to give our contribution to the concept of lifelong learning as a prerequisite for enhancing competitiveness and success in today's business environment.

We are very pleased that we have established cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade, especially that it was started with a training on the topic of „strategic planning and management of the company“, because we consider it a prerequisite for long-term successful business. We believe that this is only one of a series of trainings and seminars that we will hold, thus contributing to both large companies and small enterpreneurs who attend trainings and seminars organized by the Chamber of Commerce for them.

In December, we had the opportunity to participate in round tables organized by SKONUS, the highest student representative body standing in front of all universities in Serbia, both state and private. We have started to define the competencies of future graduates that are needed by companies and institutions in which they will be employed. This is just the beginning of a new practice in cooperation between student representatives, professors from universities and representatives from the economy that have a common goal: to come up with concrete quidelines for the reorganization of higher education in Serbia.

The visitors of this fair had the opportunity to participate in our workshops in order to increase their employability. On the other hand, the participants of the Career days had the opportunity to be drawn into the traditional H.art prize competition and win free participation in our open trainings.

In December 2010, we again had the opportunity to be participants in the Internship Fair. It was our pleasue to meet many young and prospective people and to give them a first step towards the world of work. The enthusiasm of these people is an incentive to continue with the current way of working, that is, to continue to support young people to improve themselves through the acquisition of work experience and knowledge. This way of working is in line with out vision and goals, or with the fact that we believe in people and their ability to grow and develop.

Marija Pavić, director of H.art, held the interactive lecture on the topic of coaching in the develpment project in companies at the Continental Hotel in Belgrade at the 5th Regional Conference of 400 Directors.
Marija talked about how each company wants to capitalize on the maximum potential of its people and when management sees a gap between your company’s vision and the current capacity of its people to achieve that vision, when the growth of the company doesn’t follow and development – the only right solution is targeted comprehensive development project. She answered the question: how trainings, introduction of processes and mechanisms equate the level of skills, knowledge and expected behaviour and attitudes in people; how and in which way coaching allows each individuals to go as far as possible in his development as his potentials.

H.art Development Centar this year also supported students from EESTEC’s and BEST(Belgrade) in successful organization by the JobFair10. Considering that we strive for personal and professional development of people and companies, we strive to provide our trainings with new knowlegde and skills to these worthy, responsible and ambitious young people, at the moment when they make their first management steps.
This year we have done this by creating and conducting training Motivations and Delegation and Presentation Skills for the member of the organizational team. At the same time, we prepared a workshop for participants of this year’s Job Fair. Techniques of successful communication, where pre-registrated candidated received helpful advice on how to better present themselves to future employers and prepare for upcoming job interviews.
Our plan is to move our cooperation every step forward, to meet and develop some new future leaders and managers, and thus give them a „wind in the back“ for their future steps.

We are pleased to join the young and ambitious students, members of the student organization ESTIEM in the organization and implementation of the project called Academy of Modern Management. The project aimed to educate students of the Belgrade University and other universities in Serbia on the most current topics from various management and various spheres of modern business.
As sponsors of education, we held a Presentation Skills Workshop just to meet and help students who recognized the importance of continuous learning and improvement on their way to personal success.

Traditional HR socializing in H.art this spring had a special charm. The young and talented Teodora Lekic, at that time intern at H.art, had the opportunity to unite her two great love at one such event.
She made an exhibition of a portrait of young HR talents in which she linked their current business aspirations with their childish dreams What will I be when I grow up? through inspiring and colorful photographs.
In a relaxed atmosphere, guests were chatting about their work, recalling their ideas, desires and ways to transform everything into what they became today.
Also, at this meeting, young people, interested in HR practices and employment, had the opportunity to present themselves to the employees of the human resources sector of various companies and in that way opened the door for some new business opportunities, many of them i did.
This was also a great opportunity to give our guests valuable gifts in the form of free participation in open trainings and coaching sessions, which is the practice of H.art every time it takes part in similar events in order to promote the development of people.

As a development partner of the project, it was our pleasure to support the organizing team of prospective young people in achieving their goal of helping the unemployed and providing employers with an insight into the labor market and facilitating the employment process.
Also, by participating in the fair and the realization of workshops on the topic of job interviews and introducing new employees, we had the opportunity to help practical and useful information and advice to visitors to the fair that by acquiring new skills they increase their chances to find the right job and adapt to it as soon as possible.

H.art started the new season by participating in the specialized Job Fair for People with Disabilities TopJob, which took place on March 3rd and 4th in the EXPO XXI. This fair was dedicated to adapting companies to newly emerging market and legal circumstances.
For this purpose, H.art contributed in addition to the participation of Marija Pavić with the topic "FIRST 100 DAYS - how to get employees to work as soon as possible in the new workplace." It is intended for the HR sector that deals with the introduction of new employees into the organization and setting system solutions; managers and those who are currently newly employed or are in the job search phase.

H.art participated in the USAID project for the development of Serbia's competitiveness by giving its own example of the organization of professional practice Talent.art. GUIDE FOR WORKING PRACTICES - EXAMPLES OF THE PROGRAM IN SERBIA is designed to encourage the introduction or further development of programs of work practices in companies in Serbia. H.art wants to encourage other companies to recognize the importance of providing opportunities for young people to improve and gain experience, as well as to openly suggest that the organization and realization of the professional practice during which internships and the company receive the most. H.art joined the Action to Strike Hunger in order to contribute to society in this way.
The H.art contribution is reflected in what we are dealing with. We donated a training on the topic of Stress and Burn out which is intended for people directly involved in the project and we hope that in this way we will indirectly help. H.art believes that it is very difficult for people in the auxiliary professions to bear the pressure of reality. They are the first to be exposed to stress and burn out. Also, people who engage in such projects are very important to society and we must do our best to support them and preserve them so that they can continually invest themselves and their energy for good purposes.
The first step to solving the problem is - notice it! Only when we are aware of its existence can we solve it. Is it possible that 500,000 people are invisible? They are not invisible, but they are in the dark. We want to light up with you!

Encouraged by the pleasant atmosphere of the last year's gathering, H.art employees repeated it this time also.
Colleagues dealing with human resources in different companies came to H.art to relax with light jazz notes and cocktails whose ingredients had the names of competences and skills. The full hit of the evening was Cocktails No stress and Middle management, which among other things contained enthusiasm, initiative and spontaneity.
Cocktails were prepared for guests by young people who once applied for the Talent.art project and entered into the narrowest choice. Motivated that all interested interns really find the chance to experience, H.art created the profiles of interns in which their competencies and recommendation of H.art were written. All these visitors were able to see and discuss these profiles with interns.

In this way, H.art wanted to promote the idea of the project, or to extend the trend of providing opportunities for young people to gain employment through practical experience. The idea proved to be very successful, as two girls were offered internship during the summer months.
Other practitioners established contacts with guests and thus stepped into the world of HR.
This way, H.art shows the will to develop young people and invest in their progress, while appealing to all companies to join the Talent.art project and open their doors.

H.art launches a project called Talent.art. This gives young graduates the opportunity to get with us the initial work experience and knowledge in HR consulting. The goal is to use the period of crisis to avoid stagnation, so that at the moment when the crisis passes, they are ready for "real" employment. We see the crisis as a trigger for things to evolve, and we decided to develop professionals in the field of HR consulting. We recognize potential and support talents. We contribute to society by developing highly motivated, professional individuals who will further transfer it to their future colleagues.

We hope that other companies will recognize the project's goal and the positive impact it has on society, and that the project will expand.
We create a positive domino effect!
