In 2008, H.art launched the Talent.art project as an expression of its socially responsible business. The goal is to actively support and empower young people to develop and invest in themselves, especially in terms of leadership skills and HR and business knowledge. In this way, we help build capable and accomplished young people in the labor market.
Believing in the quality of the practice and the potential of students, from year to year, we provide students and student organizations with the opportunity to get along with us:
Training and Coaching - for the development of specific and necessary skills and for empowering in building a career path and achieving personal goals, as well as team goals of their student organization.
Internship in our agency - where they gain irreplaceable experiences and support for a future career. Graduates and students of the final years of the studies, we enable the development of new skills, acquisition of knowledge related to HR consulting as well as acquiring general work experience, getting recommendations, positive working environment and energetic mentors.
Once a year (in the first quarter), a selection of new interns is being done and they are switching throughout the year every two months, depending on their available time.
From this year, we will have another selection of new interns, where in addition to HR internship, you can apply for internship in the field of accounting and finance!
